The Smart Door System is the fastest and most accurate fire door installation method available today. Every door is programmed and manufactured in our factory using CNC technology. This precision process prepares all hinge cutouts, lock cutouts, vision panels and any other required openings, while shaping the door to fit the existing frame — even if the frame is uneven or out of square.

Because the system accounts for these variations in advance, Smart Door provides unmatched flexibility. We can manufacture doors in non-standard shapes, allowing seamless installation into virtually any frame.

On site, installation is fast, clean, and safe. Doors are fully prepared in the factory, so there is no need for power tools, cutting, or painting during installation. That means no dust, no noise, and no fumes — greatly reducing disruption and on-site risks.
